ROSEGAL AND GLOBAL SHOPPING FESTIVAL

Hello my loves! It has been a while since the last time I have written about Rosegal, but now there is a great reason to write about this online shop! And that reason is GLOBAL SHOPPING FESTIVAL! This event lasts from 10th of November to 13th of November! In that period of time you can expect some huge discounts and you don't even have to wait for Black Friday to get them! Have you shopped on Rosegal before? If not, go ahead! Their prices are really reasonable. You could also check out some of their pieces which I featured in some of my previous posts!

Participate this Rosegal Crazy Shopping Day and use coupon RGBF1 in order to get 25% off!

I haven't visited Rosegal website for a while and now when I did that I can see that they leveled up their game! There are so many more products to see there! Truth to tell I was particularly interested outwear. I would love to try out the famous aviator jacket ( I never owned that piece in my closet-shame, I know) and on Rosegal I found one really attractive model. Also, there are so many coats. But pay attention to their sizes. I usually size up a bit in order to get suitable size. Here are some of the items I really liked:

PROS AND CONS OF WORKIONG ONLINE ( FROM HOME)

Hello my loves! Here in front of you you have a quite different post than the ones I usually publish.I realize my blog is mostly dedicated to fashion, but from some reason I decided to upload more lifestyle dedicated themes from now on. Don't let this confuse you. My love for fashion is out of question, but I think that I can give you so much more. And now I decided to share with you my experience considering online work and in my case working from home.

Internet definitely offers a lot of services and benefits. A lot of us can not imagine our lives without Internet because our income is strictly attached to that holly network. Perfect example for that are influencers and bloggers, but actually almost every job uses Internet services, right? Now I could definitely live without blogging because running a blog is for me more like hobby because I simply can't live based on that income alone.  But, after all my main income comes from online job that I have.

In the upcoming lines I will share MY subjective experience regarding online work which doesn't mean that everyone will share my opinion, but if there is someone who will find this article useful I will be more than happy to have helped you in anyway.

I started working online in September 2016, so I can tell that I pretty much have some experience. I opened account on freelance platform called Upwork ( most of you have probably already heard of it because it is maybe the most popular freelance website ). At the beginning it was a bit heard to find a job because I had no experience. I usually used to send requests for data entry tasks. I had some short term jobs couple of times ( like for example testing a game on my mobile device and I was paid 7$ per hour for that - LOL ). After a month ( maybe a bit more) I bumped in to one job post of  one fashion company based in New York. I used my high school degree ( Style tailor ) as an advantage and I got the job. At first, I worked when my services where needed ( sometimes an hour a day, sometimes 10 hrs per day and sometimes not at all), but after a year ( so that's already September 2017 ) I asked if I could get a fixed shift of 8 hrs per day and they accepted my proposal. For a few months I have worked from 3pm to 11pm CEST which is 10am to 6pm in USA. That period of time was really exhausting. I mean, my social life was really suffering. Than, in June 2018 I started working from 9am to 5pm which was such a positive change! I still work that shift and it is much better than previous one. And now, here is my final impression summarised in few sentences:

PROS:

1. You don't have to "go" to work. I mean I could literally stroll fromt the bed to my computer and start working. And I don't have to mention those cold winter days during which I could comfortably work from the cosiness of my home.

2. You don't have to spend time traveling to work and from work to home.

3. You can work in you PJ's from you bed. I mean I don't do that, but I just wanted to make the point.

4. Nobody is hanging over you head. I mean my employers have  a way of tracking my work, but there is no unnecessary pressure hanging in the air.

5. I don't have  to "waste my makeup and clothes" on work.

6. The last one and maybe the most important one is salary. Of course, it is quite fine compared to the ones in Serbia. I have an income of USA market and expenses of Serbian market so that combo is quite good.

CONS:

1. The first one is the one that bothers me most. I'm not surrounded with people - I don't have physically present colleagues. It is interesting that when I used to work in a travel agency I couldn't wait to spend some time away from people and now it is the other way around xD

2.  I don't get any years of service.

3. I work EVERY SINGLE DAY- meaning including weekends! Now, I could probably get a free day in a week but I am quite greedy xD

4. Let's be real, I am a girl and I love a chance to get ready and go somewhere.

And that is it considering my experience. I hope that you found this post useful and I'm looking forward to hear your experience in comments.
